SND files for custom Auto Attendent?

Just wondering if anyone has successfully uploaded their own custom Auto Attendent file. From what I read, the file has to be a .SND file. There arent many converter programs that convert a MP3 or WAV file to a SND format. Any thoughts from anyone?

Thanks. for what it's worth.. I did do a search on .SND and SND and Auto Attendent...etc.. nothing came up.
