Our 6X is on 7.1, and we just purchased an upgrade key. When we go to update from web, we get an "unable to connect to server" error, I'm guessing probably because download urls no longer exist. Our allworx partner provided us with upgrade files for 7.5, 7.6 and 7.7.
We were told 7.2 is no longer available to download. I was under the impression that upgrades need to be done incrementally (7.1>2.7>7.3,etc). Will we experience any problems going from 7.1 to 7.5 and skipping 2,3,4?

6X Can't upgrade from 7.1

We were able to upgrade from 7.1 directly to 7.5 and then 7.6 without any issues. Web updates previously did not want to work while we had Stealth DMZ turned on, so we temporarily switched to Standard Router and were able to update.
