tSip: INVITE from (IP) discarded (not trusted)

We're having issues with phones occasionally not registering.
The Phone Event Log shows (among other things) tUiProc: SIP Registration failed for 5123 (retry in 120 secs)
The 48x Log shows "tSip: INVITE from 24.173.137.37:5060 discarded (not trusted)" and others too ""tSip: INVITE from 24.173.137.37:51255 discarded (not trusted)"
We have 5 phones at this location, sometimes phone 1,2,3 work but 4,5 get errors - and at other times, 1,4,5,2 work but not 3. No rhyme or reason.
Any ideas?
