I'm trying to setup a couple of remote phones to our Allworx system. Our phones are Polycom Soundpoint IP 501. I can't get the phones to connect remotely to the allworx server. The work internally, just not remotely. Any pointers?
Nevermind, figured it out right after I posted. I wasn't changing the registration server, just the sip server like I had to with the previous pbx system.
