Transferred Calls

When someone in our office does a blind transfer to another user on the system, the display shows the name of the person transferring the call and then name of the person being transferred. It is confusing, because the person receiving the call hears the phone ring for the person transferring the call and also for the person who is being transferred. Is there a way to turn this feature off so that the person receiving the call only sees the name of the person being transferred? We never used to have this problem before, so I am not sure if it was the result of a system update.
