We've just begun using the Allworx system at my company, so we're still working out a few kinks. One issue we are getting in the reports is a significant number of "Total Calls Timed Out" in all of our queues. I'm wondering if someone call tell me exactly what happens when a call "times out" (does the caller get dropped or does it transfer them to our established general voicemail box?), and possibly the best way to go about resolving this?
