New Phone Systems
Anyone have experience with Zoom phone or Teams Phones in a SMB environment? I am curious to hear anyone's feedback.

Teams phones? Do you mean the Microsoft Teams Voice or whatever they call it now? I hate it. I evaluated it back in late 2020 and it was very clumsy and complicated. It wreaked of voice services being bolted (with rusty bolts of the wrong size) on top of Teams. Maybe it's improved since then but I hate Microsoft in every way possible so I'm not going to consider it again.
