Many times during the day callers are dropped when placed on Park. Some times it an take 15 or 20 seconds from the time the park button is pressed until it is actually parked. any ideas? Below is an entry form the phone log:

I've had similar reports of Parked calls being dropped sporadically. Haven't gathered any log details yet as I don't always hear about the problem right away.

Yes, especially in 7.5.5.5 and earlier. 7.5.5.5 had some specific resource/cpu saturation bugs as well. If running 7.5.5.5 specifically, it is highly recommend you update past this version. The latest version is 7.5.10.4.
Specific issues to dropped calls in queues, including park orbits, were addressed post 7.5.5.5. If running 7.4.x.x, update to the latest version of 7.4 to resolve these issues for that firmware generation.
