One-way audio - Audio heard on another phone

I get one-way audio a lot on my desk phone (9212). We have begun to notice, that when I get one-way audio (can't hear the caller, but they hear me), then guy in the office next to me hears the audio from MY CALLER. Anyone had this problem.

Hi Bill.
What version of firmware? Is the Allworx PBX the gateway for the phones?

We have had this issue many times, the only fix we have is to reboot the Allworx server. Once one user experiences it, it seems to have a domino effect...
