We have an Allworx 48x running 7.7.2.6 and I'm trying to find the setting for user timeout? We would like to have the 'Live Calls' displayed on a TV in the Customer Service area at all time but it currently times out every 30minutes.
Anyone know of where to set this or possibly another way to work this?

I would be interested in this feature. As well, it would be nice to see the Call Assistant show the destination of an Active Call, not just show that the extension is making a call. I would like to see the number they dialed.
This is very useful if you need to join in or listen.
