After clicking the login button on the Call Assistant 2.5.11, my customer gets a message "A Dynamic Link Library (DLL) initialization routine failed." I have uninstalled, deleted the leftover files, and reinstalled. The user works on another machine. Has any else had this error with Call Assistant or knows what DLL files the Call Assistant is using?
The Allworx software is: 7.4.12.5.

Re: Call Assistant DLL file
Hi,
We had the same issue. For ours, we had to install the MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 3 from Microsoft, and then it worked:

Thanks.
