My gut says bad port on phone. If you confirmed everything and only changed the phone out, reset to factory and saved - I would think it would at least see ethernet if good. To my limited 6 months experience I haven't seen anything else to try. Maybe an expert has something though.

I figure you already have this answered due to its age. However I wanted to post it for others. I don't think they can be done as you want, in Allworx you dial 78+pin+number if the dialing privilage group is set to use it. I don't think that is possible with up to v.7.3.13.4 (that I have seen.) Day/Night mode can change call routes of system extensions or greetings (am I forgetting anything?) Have you tried changing the day/night-mode routes of the extensions which the menus point to? I am not sure if this will suit y...

I am definately no expert...however, I received this error when I misconfigured an ip helper for BLF on my Sonicwall firewall which was redirecting BLF broadcasts back to the Allworx. Of course the Sonicwall did this with it's own IP address (thus the proxy - which litterally what it was doing). May...
