Re: Software 7.3.3.2
It would be nice if AllWorx posted their release notes for the public. Or had them available through the update page in the system config. As an end user I have no idea what updates/fixes are included in each build. Always have to bug my dealer for the info.

Re: Configure X-Lite for both work and home networks?
If you have an internal DNS server, setup with a domain you own. Create an A record (phone.domain.com for example) to point to your internal IP. Create same record with your external DNS server (probably your domain registrar) with the external IP address. Then just use that domain name in X-Lite. O...

Re: Ports needed for Mobile Link IPhone app
AllWorx needs to work on their networking/ports documentation. Get something together that lists all network ports that might be needed and what they are needed for. IMAP and SMTP are not mentioned in the network section where it lists the other ports for getting phones to work. I'll try opening tho...

IP Set Enhancements
All of the phones should be refreshed with gigabit ethernet ports. Add-on modules would be great for certain functions like wifi and bluetooth headset support. Or just build that right into certain models. Wifi I'm thinking for users that want phones setup at home - often times their home office is ...

Re: Internal MOH
Currently running v7.4.10.5 on a 6x. These were the steps I used to create the snd file from a MP3: - Opened in Audacity - Changed Project Rate (bottom left) to 8000 Hz - File > Export - Save as type: Other uncompressed files - Click Options, change Header to RAW (header-less), Encoding to U-Law - S...

Re: Internal MOH
I used Audacity to convert an MP3 into the correct format needed by the AllWorx MOH and it worked first time (I surprised myself on that one!) I'll dig up the steps I took and post back here.

Re: Extensions in call route
+1
Add the user or extension and then that users presence can kick in and route the call where they want it.

Re: Assigning BLF to Extension
+1 I agree. Would it matter if the BLF was assigned to and Extension vs a User? Would that make any difference? I guess they are the same thing. Many of our users will have AllWorx IP sets in the office, and may also have a Generic SIP client on their PC or iPhone. I don't think BLF's work for Gener...
