I recently purchased an S12 Plantronics headset. The install was straight forward but no matter what setting or configuration I've tried, I can't anyone to hear me on the other end. I can hear them loud and clear, but not the other way.
Anyone have experience with this or other models?
Thanks.

Re: Disclaimer Message before going to VM
I'm surprised this can't be done in the auto attendant. Maybe the simplest thing is to have that disclaimer as part of the script for each users voicemail greeting. That's the way it is for a lot of insurance agencies etc. from what i can tell.

Re: CallerID from other extension
Have you tried having the incoming call just ring all 3 desks simultaneously? I'm pretty new to the system too, but that's how ours is setup.

I was just logging in to post the same solution that I got through trial and error. Thanks for posting and hopefully it helps someone in a similar situation.

Dial Plan nnn-nnnn -> (aaa) nnn-nnnn
Hi ALl- our caller id, for whatever reason, displays local calls without the area code, which is required when calling back that local number. This is an issue when trying to return a call from the call log or voicemail, where the telco says number dialed is incomplete. SO I thought creating a dial ...
