just found out the other day. someone was muting phone on a conference call, and the allworx saw it as silence. have provider send comfort nosie.

If you only have a single remote phone, then I believe the problem is caused by the Allworx being behind another firewall itself (UDP and NAT problem). If you have more public IPs I suggest putting the Allworx on an actual public. To prove that it's the allworx and not the firewall where the remote ...

Finally found it. Mailbox Msg Center [404], record default greeting, then you'll get the option to disable leaving messages.

Did it work from elsewhere? Is auto nat on?

Did you disable the routers sip alg (can't be disabled on AT&T U-verse phone service, use it's DMZplus mode)

Did you try forwarding port 5060?

Did you forward the whole range of remote ports listed in the allworx remote phone faq to the phone?

It sounds like no packets due to silence. There's all kinds of errors that make no sense whatsoever, I wholesale ignore them unless troubleshooting :lol:

did you increase voip limit in servers, sip?

also disable the sip alg.
