I'll preface my question by stating that I have worked exclusively on the Mitel 3300 system up until now. I was given an Allworx system and told to have at it. So yayyy for me :D


I have a couple of ring groups setup. The ring groups work how they should. What I would like to do though is when a call is missed by the ring group I do not want it to display on their phone that they have missed a call. It leads to customers being called back that have already spoken to someone, if "all levels" of the ring group miss a call it eventually lands in voicemail. I would like all other calls to display as missed calls though.

Is what I am wanting to do possible?
