Limit extensions in Call Assistant

We have three schools in three separate buildings, with three receiption desks. Is there a way to create a sub-set of all extensions that we would display only for the right school? Otherwise, the operator sees some 300 extensions.

The receptionist at each school can put the extenstions they need into the Favorites tab within Call Assistant.
Access the settings by going to Options > Favorites Selections.
