Hello,

weird issue, need your help

2 networks (all open to each other)
10.x.x.x (network1) and 192.x.x.x (Network2)

2 PBXs (1 on each network)
2 adtrans (sip trunk, 1 on each network)

CallFlow
PSTN > Phone
Answer all good
Phone click HOLD (MOH)
MOH all good
Phone click RESUME
1 phone1 is good
1 phone2 we get 1 way audio

Afer reviewing Traces following are the difference
Following are the last Invites and OKs from the good/bad.

GOOD

Invite >>> Phone1 (10.x.x.x) ip > PBX2 (192.x.x.x) ip
SDP to use port 22352 with Phone1 ip

OK >> (with SDP) PBX2 (192.x.x.x) > Phone1 (10.x.x.x)
SDP to use 15094 with PBX1 (10.x.x.x)

you will see the RTP flowing
betwwen
PBX1 (10.x.x.x) <> Phone1 (10.x.x.x) (with the correct ports)

BAD
Invite >> Phone2 (10.x.x.x) > PBX1 (10.x.x.x)
SDP to use 16660 with Phone2 (10.x.x.x)

Frame 1041
OK >> SDP PBX1 (10.x.x.x) > Phone2 (10.x.x.x)
SDP to use 10136 with Adtran2 (192.x.x.x)

1 way audio. (PSTN doesnt hear Phone2)

So basically the difference is the OK with SDP coming from PBX
Good = will use a PBX
Bad = will use an Adtran.

Why one PBX will send OK with SDP to use the PBX and the other the adtran??

Seems to me you need to ask in an Adtran forum??

Voice path between Adtran and PBX/Phone is good.

the question is why the PBX is sending the IP of the Adtran on the SDP and not the other PBX like a good example.

You did not specify which Allworx firmware version(s) are in use. Depending on the version the following setting may not be present but in recent versions there is a field "external IP address" under Network Configuration. Usually this must be set manually if NAT is involved. This is intended to be a public IP address when the server is set to LAN Host mode.
