remote phone stuck in "loading config files"

Has anyone run into this issue of a remote phone stuck or hanging at "loading config files" at bootup?

We are having that problem but cannot figure out why. The remote phone used to work but now it doesn't.

That is usually a network issue. Meaning the remote phone cannot find the AllWorx. What is your network layout like ? Did it change since this started happening ?
