How do you change a user's login name
How do you change the login name that was given to a user when their account was initially created? I have a user who has married. I changed her last name, but cannot access the login name to update it too.

Good question. I have used Allworx for 6 years now with many upgrades and have wondered why this hasn't changed. The only way that I know of is to recreate the username altogether. This means the user will lose any data saved like voicemails, emails, etc.

Truly bizarre and extremely frustrating. I don't get it.
